Dr. Wallace began her career in the healing arts in 1992 as a certified massage therapist, and later attended the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, where she received her degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic. She utilizes Applied Kinesiology’s Triad of Health model which addresses the three basic causes of health problems: structural (body), chemical (nutritional) and mental (emotional) components of health. In addition to chiropractic adjustments, Dr. Wallace uses several specialized modalities, including NeuroEmotional Technique (NET) and Total Body Modification (TBM). NET and TBM incorporate the use of muscle testing to assess reflex points, followed by chiropractic adjustments to address patients’ specific needs.
With a focus on the nutritional health of her patients, Dr. Wallace incorporates Functional Endocrinology which utilizes blood chemistry and/or saliva testing as well as exam findings to pin-point imbalances within the body. Once these imbalances are established, she may use clinical nutrition and lifestyle changes to assist the body in attaining better function. Homeopathy, aromatherapy, and flower essence therapy are included to create a healing plan for each patient’s individualized needs. Dr. Wallace has had success in helping patients with acute and chronic pain, headaches, endocrine/hormonal imbalances, allergies, immune system challenges and much more.
Dr. Wallace and her family recently returned to the South Bay after spending five years in Charlotte, NC. Before moving to the Southeast, she had built a thriving practice in Manhattan Beach. She lives in Torrance with her husband and two children.
